2024

• June 17: Charles Hoskinson's Tweet A viral moment begins when Charles Hoskinson tweets, "Fun Fact: I have a pig named Nike," sparking widespread interest and leading to the creation of the $NIKE token.

• June 17: Token Creation

  The $NIKE token is officially created, marking the start of a community-driven meme coin inspired by Nike the pig.

• June 20: Launch of Nikeswap.io

  The premier decentralized exchange for $NIKE goes live, allowing users to trade $NIKE seamlessly while supporting the project’s development.

• July 17: Launch of Catch the Pig game

  Available on PC and mobile, launches with single-player and multiplayer modes accessible via their website

• July 20: NikePig X Liftoff Partnership

  A key partnership with Liftoff is formed, positioning it as the go to platform for launching and discovering the next big tokens.

• September 14: Community Rewards

  Launch of the "Tweet to Earn" program in partnership with Clarity. This rewards mechanism incentivizes community members to engage with $NIKE content on the X platform (formerly Twitter).

• October 10: Signed NFT Artist

  Officially partnered with BERJADOR05, a leading NFT artist on Cardano and creator of the successful SNEKKIES collection.

• October 25: First CEX Listing

  LCX (Liechtenstein Cryptoassets Exchange) has officially listed $NIKEPIG, now paired with Euros. This listing enhances accessibility for European users, providing them with a seamless way to trade $NIKEPIG directly in their local currency.

• October 28: Second CEX Listing Secured

  The CEX name will be revealed once $NIKEPIG is officially listed and paired on their exchange.

• October 5: SNEKbot award

  $NIKEPIG was awarded the most traded token of all time on Snekbot, surpassing other major tokens such as $SNEK and $DANZO.

• October 12: Integration of $NIKEPIG to Danzo Casino

  Player can wager their $NIKEPIG on games such as Bonanza, Crash and Blackjack. After a brief pause to address a recent exploit, the system has been secured and is ready for action. Dive in and enjoy the thrill of wagering with $NIKEPIG.

• November 6: Reward Engagement in Discord

  Integration of Engage.io to launch the "Tweet to Earn" program on Discord. Community members can now earn $NIKEPIG rewards by engaging with Nike related posts on X (formerly Twitter).

• November 7: Third CEX Listing Secured

  The CEX name will be revealed once $NIKEPIG is officially listed and paired on their exchange.

• November 11: Fourth CEX Listing Secured

  The CEX name will be revealed once $NIKEPIG is officially listed and paired on their exchange.

• November 14: Fifth CEX Listing Secured

  The CEX name will be revealed once $NIKEPIG is officially listed and paired on their exchange.

• November 15: Clarity Rewards Distribution

  239,500 $NIKEPIG tokens is dropped to eligible participants through DripDropz, a popular token distribution platform.

• November 16: $NIKEPIG: Unified Ticker, Stronger Future. We have officially changed our on-chain ticker from $NIKE to $NIKEPIG. By adopting a unified ticker across all platforms, we aim to instill confidence and reduce uncertainties, particularly regarding CEX listings. Consistency in our branding eliminates potential roadblocks, making our project more appealing for future listings.

• November 18: New CTO member

  Our legendary meme artist, Corey Hort, has officially joined the $NikePig CTO team.

• November 19: AscendEX Listing

  AscendEX Crypto Exchange has officially listed $NIKEPIG under the trading pair $NIKEPIG/USDT.

• November: Launch of Bomberpig

  Launch of the much anticipated Bomberpig game.

• Late December 24 / early Jan 25: Launch of NikePig NFT

  The official $NIKEPIG NFT collection debuts, offering unique mining utilities and exclusive community benefits.
